MEET THE TEAM ON THE BALLOT FOR RE-ELECTION ON NOV. 4
Andrew Welk is a professional firefighter and real estate agent with 3 children attending L-S schools. He chairs the District Buildings & Grounds Committee, represents the District on the Joint Operating Committee of the County Career & Technology Center. Andrew is completing his first term.
Dustin Knarr is an entrepreneur and business owner. He chairs the District Finance Committee and the West Lampeter Twp. Parks & Recreation Board. Dustin is also a high school lacrosse coach and a proud Eagle Scout. Dustin has 4 children, 3 that graduated L-S and one that is a high school senior. Dustin is completing his 3rd term.
Kelly Osborne is a retired State Trooper and has a background in community relations. She serves on the District Personnel and Finance Committees. Kelly is an administrator for the Southern Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and leads Project Lifesaver of Lancaster County. Kelly and her 2 children are L-S graduates and is completing a 2-year term.
Suzi Knowles is a human resources professional. She chairs the District Personnel Committee and serves on the Academics Committee. Suzi volunteers with the Lancaster Chamber in Youth Development, Strasburg Parks, Heritage Society and Sertoma Club. Suzi is an L-S graduate with 3 children - 2 graduates of L-S and one that is a senior. She is completing her first term.

L-S maintains our educational and athletic facilities so they are updated, safe and provide a top-notch educational environment…we’re the only district in the County with an Early Childhood Center; Martin Meylin Middle School renovation is underway, and Hans Herr Elementary School planning is underway.

L-S continues to have strong music, arts and technical programs, including field trips.
